Will there be any news 2009
Yes, what we commit ourselves about the most right now is improvement and to develop our organisation. One another important area which we are working all the time with is to increase the quality on both the events and the contest. We’ve also done a quite large evaluation after year 2008’s event, and by these point of views and propositions we’re now working to make Åhus Beachhandboll Festival better and better every year.
When is the last registration?
There is no last registration date at Åhus Beachhandboll Festival, we welcome teams all the time until it’s time for drawing of lots in June. Assume there are free slots in the class.
Tip: Register your team in good time, don’t wait too long!
We put in vacant teams in the lottery and if the class isn’t full you can come along even if you who are out in the last minute. If the class is full you will be put up on the reservation list. Though we will make vacant teams as few as possible year 2009.
How do we pay?
All of the teams’ registrations are done via www.beachhandboll.com. When you have filled in the information formula you push the button ‘’fakturera’’ and the invoice will be printed with all information, like the sum and paying conditions. Food and accommodation that shall be booked and paid in connection with visiting and participating in Beachhandboll Festival, is booked and paid at respective accommodation directly by you.
How can we see we are registered?
Look under the headline ANMÄLDA LAG (registered teams) and control your team is in there, shouldn’t it be one week after you’d registered you must contact our contest management at info@beachhandboll.com
Can we get dispense?
Unfortunately this with dispenses has been abused among a lot of teams when you simply has strengthen your team with older players. We have had many protests against it and that’s why we’re leaving no dispenses.
Do we get player and leader cards?
Upon check-in at the entrance, every player will get a festival band around their wrist. This festival band gives you among other things free entry to the Kantarellbadet (pool), free bus trips in Åhus and other good offers.
Can you borrow players from other teams?
If a player did play in your club during this season or will play with your club the fore coming fall it’s of course ok. But to borrow another player from another club just to participate during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival is NOT ok. In the youth classes it’s clean clubs who are playing, you cannot mix teams with players from different clubs in Elite and the youth classes. But in Gentlemen and Ladies motion classes this is ok!
And please register in the right class!
Why 2 days of playing?
Because our participants are coming from all corners of Sweden and from other countries we want to offer 2 days of playing.
The youngest child class are playing 1 day. Here will the group lie between 7-12 teams, you who are playing group play day 1 and half of day 2. Later the final tournament starts late afternoon of day 2, finals as usual in the evening! Think about that we both have A, B and C final tournaments in the most classes so many teams move on after the group play is finished.
Are our registration cogent?
The registration is cogent. The registration charges are not being paid back.
How do you make the event even better in 2009?
We’re working with many projects to make the event even better. During fall of 2009 we’ve been working with a quite big organizational changes. Let us get back to you later on what’s happening.
